StartupMap India is a digital platform operated by Varak Welfare Society. Every service we offer — listings, Featured Listing, ad slots — is delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

• Standard listing — published on your city page and profile page once reviewed and approved
• Featured Listing — applied to your existing listing automatically once payment is confirmed
• Ad slot booking — goes live on the city map once we've reviewed and confirmed the request

New submissions are typically reviewed within 5 hours. Featured Listing is applied immediately on payment confirmation. Ad slot bookings are confirmed after manual review, timing may vary. Delays can occur if the information or content you provided is incomplete or needs clarification.

If a service isn't delivered within a reasonable time for reasons attributable to us, contact us — we'll assist, and cancellation/refund will follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy where applicable.
