• Submission, listing, and transaction/order information

• Create, review, and publish listings
• Provide requested paid services (Featured Listing, ad slots)
• Process payments
• Respond to support requests
• Prevent fraud, spam, or abuse of the submission form
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

Payments are processed through our payment service provider, Razorpay. StartupMap India does not store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or other sensitive payment credentials on its own servers — payment processing is subject to Razorpay's own security practices and policies.

We may share information with service providers necessary to operate StartupMap India, including our payment processor (Razorpay), hosting provider, and analytics providers, or where required by law.

Information submitted for a public startup/VC listing (name, description, sector, city, website, social links) is displayed publicly on StartupMap India. Do not submit confidential information you don't want made public. Your point-of-contact email/name is collected for follow-up only and is never shown publicly.

We may use cookies and similar technologies (including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, where enabled) to understand usage and improve the site.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing manishsinghdewas@gmail.com.
